Where we think in public.

Community strategy, founder lessons, client outcomes, and the uncomfortable questions worth asking before you create another WhatsApp group.

Field notes

Ideas we keep returning to.

01

Community is built for depth, not frequency.

Social media rewards daily attention. Community rewards trust, retention, referrals, and the value a member creates over time.

02

A good community rests on a good product.

Community cannot summon inactive customers back from the dead. People gather around something they already value using.

03

Gen Z wants access, connection, and honesty.

Not borrowed slang. Not performative authenticity. Useful communities introduce people to experts and to one another.

04

Protect the culture, even when it is uncomfortable.

A community is a space built with intention. The health of that space matters more than keeping every member at any cost.
